Position: Peer Tutor

Throughout my experience as a SPACE Staff member I feel like I’ve progressed to become more connected with my community as well as my culture.

But now I feel that being an advocate for higher education will not only help me empower others, but it will also allow me to help my community in rising above the oppression that we face in modern day America.

Lastly, I know that through SPACE I am able to share the fortunate resources I have with those who are not so fortunate and give back to the community that I’ve grown to love more and more each day.
